Fabric workshop

£50 per person

If you have little or no previous screen printing experience So Nice Studios runs a short workshop to get you started! During the workshop you will learn how to screenprint your own one layer/one colour design and go through the whole process from digital image to pulling the squeegee. The technicians will talk you through the history of screenprinting and show you a variety of techniques with physical screen printed examples. You will be shown how to artwork your design in Photoshop, coat your screen with photosensitive emulsion, expose your design onto your freshly coated screen using Big Bertha our professional exposure unit, learn about different inks, squeegees and print a small run using a vacuum table. After completing a workshop with us, you will be able to become a member in our studio!

The workshop takes place at East London Studio: Print Club London, Unit 3, 10-28 Millers Avenue, London, E8 2DS

Workshop times: 10.30 – 4:30pm. Please arrive at 10:15am for a cup of tea and to get ready to start at 10.30.
